Default Inventor crashing with Dell D6000

Hello everybody,

I have a problem with dock station D6000, while I want to open something in Inventor Professional 2018 it stops working.
If I plug off dock station from USB-C / USB it works good.
Of course everything is updated (graphic cards, drivers,...).
Do you know how to fix it?

Thank you

Hello,

Thank you for describing your issue details. This is helpful.
I believe you are meeting a problem with Windows 10 v1903 when having mutliple graphics card and docking.
Microsoft has currently an update scheduled for Tuesday 27th August to fix that issue.

In the meantime, please make sure the laptop lid is open and the laptop display is selected as "main display" in windows display settings (right click on the desktop) before you start your application. You can work with the extended displays properly with that method.

Kind regards,
Alban
