Default Ubuntu 20.04 / Lenovo Legion 5 / Ryzen+Nvidia / D3100 - displays not detected

With displaylink D3100, none of the external displays work.

Nvidia graphics is installed and working - I can run games on good details with this setup.
I can also connect one display directly to HDMI to have laptop + 1 external screen.

Kernel: 5.11.10 installed via `mainline` (in https://www.synaptics.com/sites/defa...se%20Notes.txt it says it's supported)

Support tool output attached on GDrive:

Default

update here:
I have reinstalled Ubuntu 20.04 from scratch.
Kernel is now:
```
5.11.0-36-generic
```

nvidia-smi:
```
NVIDIA-SMI 470.63.01 Driver Version: 470.63.01 CUDA Version: 11.4 |
```

both HDMI outputs work, although the system freezes when I try to move the monitos to their rightful places via Settings -> Displays -> Layout drag & drop field and displays go dark as if they didn't work at all.

That's at best beta state, not production ready.
Ubuntu 20.04 has been out for quite some time now. Synaptics, get your stuff together....
