DisplayLink Manager Not Recognizing BOTH External Monitors
Hello everyone. I'm a first time poster. I attempted to search for an answer to my issue before posting...so please bear with me.
I recently bought this IVANKY dock to use my on new 2024 MacBook Pro M3 running Sequoia 15.1.1. https://www.amazon.com/IVANKY-iVANKY...1zcF9hdGY&th=1 I am using two external monitors. (Monitor 1) Brand new Samsung Odyssey OLED G8 G80SD and (Monitor 2) a somewhat older LG 32UD59. Both are connected to the dock via new HDMI 2.1 cables. Upon purchasing the dock, I downloaded the must up-to-date DisplayLink Manager software and then connected the monitors. Both monitors worked, so I assumed I was good to go. Well, today I attempted to pull up YouTube to watch my NFL Sunday Tickets and noticed that there is what appears to be a white "filter" over the image. I can watch regular YouTube videos, but any live streaming cannot be watched. I have a similar experience when trying to watch any content on Peacock TV through my subscription as well. While attempting to troubleshoot this issue, I noticed that only my LG monitor is being recognized by the DisplayLink Manager application. (I have attached a screenshot for reference). I have tried everything to get the application to recognize my 2nd external monitor, but to no avail. I have restarted all devices, unplugged and restarted, redownloaded the software, etc. Can anyone help me get the application to recognize my 2nd monitor, please? If I switch the inputs on my dock, the application will recognize the Samsung monitor, so I know it isn't a hardware issue. Happy to provide any additional information. Thanks in advance for the help! |
