Default second display not working

my displaylink stopped working. the second monitor will not show the extended monitor. it did work previously without a problem. tried re-paring the device and the green light is on. the computer seems to recognize the usb and second monitor, the signal just seems to not go from the receiver to the tv. i ran the support tool and the log is attached.

It looks like the device is working, but we cannot read the modes from the TV for some reason, so I suspect that the resolution is not right for the TV. Can you check that the video cable is connected properly?

Also, I see you are using v6.0. Could you try going back to v5.6 M1 and see if the issue still occurs? It could be something different in v6.0.

Thanks

Wim

so i changed the connection to the dvi from hdmi and the imation display link works fine. the computer automatically picked up my tv also. previously i was able to use the hdmi output. is there a possibility they hdmi out crapped out or is there a way to change the output that the extender automatically goes to.
