Thumbs down continuously disconnecting

If you would like to send me another USB3 cable, I will be glad to test it. This has gone on way too long.

Hi,

Thanks for reaching out.

The logs show what you have described.

Unfortunately we are not the product manufacturer so cannot send out hardware.

What I can do its recommend trying these steps and if they fail you'll need to obtain a replacement USB cable.

The steps to try are:
1. Upgrade your USB 3.0 host controller driver to the latest from Intel
2. Connect to a different USB port on your notebook
3. Check the steps on this page as appropriate to your setup
