Default External Monitor in top HDMI Port of Dell D6000 Blinking off at random intervals

I have two external monitors connected via HDMI through a D6000. They worked fine but recently one monitor is blinking off while in use. Sometimes this will happen a few times in a row and then not happen for several hours and then happen again at different intervals.

here's what I've done:
1) tested and replaced cables
2) clean/full install of displaylink drivers
3) full reinstall of displaylink drivers

It appears to only impact the monitor plugged into the top HDMI port. If I switch the monitor plugged into that port, that becomes the monitor that blinks.

I think this might have started happening after the most recent Windows update.

Hello,

Thank you for contacting us!
I see that you've already gone through basics, I would like to take a further look into the system. If you could collect additional logfiles by following steps here: https://support.displaylink.com/know...to-displaylink it would help us.

Thank you,
Katarzyna

the problem is only happening with the display plugged into the top HDMI port. If swap the HDMI cables plugged into the D6000, then the other display goes out.

Today the problem seems to have grown in severity. Now it isn't even going on. It is reporting "no HDMI signal from your device"

Morzomarz moved the support to one-on-one so we will continue that way.
