Shared screen keeps freezing

I am on MacOS 14.4.1 and DisplayLink Manager 1.10.1 and over the last several months and even an upgrade of the both the OS and DisplayLink Manager, I have issues with my shared screen freezing up or just turning an all white color. A simple unplugging and plugging back in of the usb cable to my DisplayLink adapter (Wavlink usb3.0 Display Adapter) fixes it each time. Quitting and restarting the DisplayLink manager does not fix the issue. This happens 3 to 4 times a day and I see nothing in particular that triggers it. Just curious if anyone else has overcome this or knows where to further look. Thanks so much in advance.
