Dock Monitor Resoltion Stuck at 640x480

Mediasonic dock stuck at 640x480 on both DP ports.
HDMI to HDMI also stuck at 640x480.
Using HDMI to DVI work @ 1080P
Using DP to HDMI stuck @ 640x480 on both DP ports.
Using DP to DVI still stuck @ 640x480 on both DP ports.
Montiors only have hdmi and dvi no DP option.

Displaylink Manager 9.2.2220.0 is installed.

Please advise.
