Hello,

If you are having issues with monitors mirroring each other please make sure that you are running DisplayLink Manager v1.1 that has been just released and if you wish to stay at legacy drivers then install driver 5.2.5 (https://www.displaylink.com/downloads/file?id=1636).

Best regards,
Katarzyna

I removed the Display Link Manager and download 5.2.5 and it worked. I can now use both my laptops in the closed position and the dual monitors function correctly. Thanks!!

Hello!

I also have an issue with MacBook Pro and OS Catalina 10.15.6

When i'm using Legacy driver (5.2.5) it doesn't work at all. My two monitors are just dark like they are shut off. And when i'm using 1.1 app everything starts working, but, i can't switch to clamshell mode. Actually, i can put the lid down, but monitors are starting to turn off and on every 30 secs. Smb, please, help!

Thank you in advance!

UPD: Problem solved, big thanks to support service!
