DisplayLink Manager randomly quitting. M1 Air. Sonoma 14.0 .10.0 Alpha 2 (116)
I have a Wavlink USB3 hub running a 3rd monitor on my M1 Air.
It's been rock solid even through the Sonoma update, but something last week caused the monitor to start to disconnect periodically. Seemingly randomly - sometimes I can go hours, sometimes it's every couple minutes. When the monitor disconnects, I notice the DisplayLink Manager is not running. Restarting the Manager reconnects the monitor. Any thoughts? Thx! |

Strange I had the D6000 dock before I changed to the Alogic one didn't have any issues with either..
Has to be a setup issue.. I did have an issue once, as I need a long USB-C host cable as my MacBook is on another desk I struggled to find a reliable one over 3 meters once I got a good cable had no issues since. Also power can be an issue sometimes, not enough power to Dock equals disconnects My setup is MacBook Air M2 15" Sonoma 14.1 DL 1.90 via one host cable Alogic Dock 3 Dell U2723 4K Displays 3X Displayport Logitech Wireless Keyboard/Mouse Logitech Webcam & Headset Monitor Light Bar Rode Mic All usb devices are running from the hubs in the monitors supplied by the dock. Also have a 14" MacBook Pro M1 Max using same setup no issues

Thanks for the recommendation above to roll back to 1.9, that seems to have resolved it for me.
