Default Skype video causes monitor to freeze

Windows 7 Pro SP 1, Lenovo M91p, DVI and VGA monitors, and Plugable USB adapter running current (7.5) DisplayLink software. When I get a Skype video call (on the VGA monitor, not the DisplayLink one), the DisplayLink monitor freezes EVERY TIME, I am forced to reboot, and the system basically crashes if I leave it for long enough ... otherwise I have to force power off the PC.

This has been going on for almost 2 years ... I keep expecting to see others with this problem ... having Skype video and a display link driven monitor is not an unusual combination.

Hi,

Can you attach the logs from this tool as soon as the issue occurs again?

Default Tried to upload files ..

Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing.

I tried zipping up the DisplayLinkSupportFiles folder, and the folder underneath it, and got this message both times.

How do I submit this folder?
