Default Dell Precision 5520 + D6000 Dock + Panasonic 328P = MAX 30HZ

I'm having a problem getting my setup configured to more than 30hz refresh.

Equipment I'm using:
Dell Precision 5520
Dell D6000 Dock
Panasonic Brilliance 328P

According to the spec's I can find for all the components it should work but I cannot get it to so I'm here for a bit of help...

The spec from Dell on the D6000 says Docking station connected to PC using USB Type-C can output 4K @ 60Hz on two screens connected via DP1 + DP2 input which is what I've got.

The spec from Panasonic says the screens optimal resolution is 3840 x 2160 @ 60 Hz.

I've updated the display drivers, the dock drivers, I've installed the Displaylink drivers from both Dell and the Display link site. I've updated the firmware on the dock. I've updated every driver I can find on the laptop that's even remotely related to display or dock.

I've used DumpEDID to configm the resolution was supported (see below)

I've run out of ideas at the moment so any help would be most appreciated.

Couple of things come to mind:

1. Check your monitor OSD is set to to DisplayPort 1.2 and not 1.1
2. Check 60Hz is set in the Display adapter properties > "List All Modes" option:

Changed the settings on the monitor and rebooted and now it's listed.

Thanks for the help.
