Displays dont work

I was able to install the 5.7 drivers for Ubuntu but all that works is audio and USB. The device shows up in lsusb as

Bus 002 Device 011: ID 17e9:436e DisplayLink
Bus 002 Device 010: ID 17e9:436e DisplayLink

I am running:
Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS x86_64
Kernel 5.15.0-91-generic

I found the error reporting tool so here is the zip file with all of the configurations that I have.

EDIT2:
Unplugging the HDMI cable in an out shows this in dmesg

But xrandr does not list any new displays

I have decided to return the product because I can’t get it to work. Dell support didn’t know how to help either.
