Thumbs down Lenovo ThinkBook

Just been told by Lenovo support that DisplayLink hardware will not work with their machines and I need to buy their own port replicator hardware.

Is this correct?

Has anyone managed to get something like the SD3500v working with a ThinkBook?

Hello,
Lenovo sells their own hardware with DisplayLink technology.
I recommend you send your logs to technical support as described in the 3rd link of my forum signature.
Kind regards,
Alban
