"Error: Other USB software installed" Nothing installed.have report from support tool

i have tried repeatedly to fix this issue with nothing happening. i get the software notification stating that other USB graphics software is installed. yet nothing else is installed. when i run the support tool it states that there are no other USB graphics software installed. ive uninstalled everything that has to do with displaylink and when i try to reinstall nothing works. i am using an auvio usb/hdmi pc to tv adapter. ive attached the .zip that came up when running the support tool. any kind of help would be great. thank you
