Default Monitor detection issue

Hi

I have 2 external monitors additional to the laptop screen. One of them is connected via HDMI and it works perfectly. The other one is connected via a USB - HDMI converter (QGeeM)

I have installed the latest driver available (5.3.1.34) and when I prompt in the Terminal it seems the device it's well detected:

$ lsusb -d 17e9:
Bus 002 Device 005: ID 17e9:4301 DisplayLink USB3.0 Hub

$ lshw
*-usb
descripción: Dispositivo de sonido
producto: QGeeM 3501 Adapter
fabricante: DisplayLink
id físico: 1
información del bus: usb@2:1.1.1
versión: 40.19
serie: D3A2836100506
capacidades: usb-3.20 audio-control
configuración: driver=snd-usb-audio maxpower=504mA speed=5000Mbit/s

However, I can't set the monitor in display setting of Ubuntu settings. I can only choose the monitor connected via HDMI and the laptop screen. Does anybody can help me?
