Default Raspberry PI III and display link

Hi,
I am a caravan camping guy.

I am looking for usb monitor (15 inch) for my raspberry pi III that would be working without 220V AC (also without 12V DC). USB monitor is the greatest solution for my goals. I am able running my raspberry pi III on power bank (30Ah) more then 48 hours non-stop and I am missing monitor only yet.

Can you get me tip how to make work displaylink with raspi?

note: the best case to running it on debian distribution. Ubuntu is very nice, but performance on raspi is very very very poor.

Thank you for your answer.
