Hi all,
Please try R7.4 M4 which should resolve this issue. http://www.displaylink.com/support/downloads.php Thanks, James |

my logs
sorry for the delay, guess I forgot to set the request to be notified up new posts for this thread.
I'm attaching my logs... just got the issue this morning, and I believe I'm using 7.5 M0 also worth noting, I've been using the laptop with my displaylink dock at work for days without issue. used it with my dock at home today, for the first time in at least a week or two and got the error. let me know if this helps or you need other info. Hi,
Can you try 7.4 M4? You'll need to uninstall 7.5 M0 first and then install 7.4 M4. Thanks, James |

nope
sorry for the delay, I how hopeing to find a pattern or something that allowed me to reproduce the restart prompt more reliably.
unfortuntely, it's still happening, several times now, though not after every shutdown and start up, and turning the dock on after login. so there must be some other factor in play that I've not yet figured out. new diag file is attached |

1. Run Spy++ 2. Press Ctrl+F 3. Drag and drop the crosshair pointer on the restart prompt window 4. Click OK 5. In Property Inspector window open Process card and click Process ID link which would reveal the module name. Thanks Wim |
