Default Q-waves Quicklink Display problems

Hi, am on the right forum for the Q-wave Quicklink TV product? If so can anyone help I have installed the product on my Sony Vaio and Panasonic Viera 50" Plasma screen everything seems to work but when I plug in the PC adapter the screen on the computer changes and black areas appear each side of the screen, this is mirrored on the Plasma. I have tried the following remedies without success:

1/ Complete uninstall and re-installation of the software
2/ Changing the TV screen aspect ratio
3/ Powering down the TV adaptor
4/ Unplugging the PC adapter

I have e-mailed Q-waves technical help and have received no reply, this is my last resort before returning the product.

Default Q Waves

I have now emailed them times, but had no response, not very impressed by their service. We cannot get the Extended Mode to work, the Displaylink Manager is not highlighted.

Someone PLEASE help me.

Thanks

Default Q Waves isn't working

OMG get onto this. Mine was ok and so was my boyfriends, then there was a Windows Update or something because both of ours (who live in different cities) stopped working on the same day.

I emailed the company TWICE and ended up getting ignored both times.

Mine and my boyfriends relationship has ended due to this, its a long story but all the arguments kept coming back to this.

PLEASE IN THE NAME OF ASLAN SOMEONE HELP ME!!!
