Running 3 monitors - 2 mirror & 1 extends... 😫

Hi, I’m new to the forum but can’t seem to get this product working, so hoping someone here can help.

I’m running three monitors on a Mac mini, after seeing the same setup on a YouTube video.

One monitor runs off the HDMI outlet on the back, the second off the thunderbolt to HDMI cable and the third runs off the USB to DVI Displaylink.

All three monitors work and I can move the mouse through all three monitors from right to left but the third monitor mirrors the middle monitor... (mirror monitor is not selected in display options)

The first monitor is fine. The second monitor extends my view, but the third one, running on the DislpayLink just mirrors the second monitor - EVEN though I can run the mouse curser from right to left and back through al three monitors independently...

Any advice or suggestions would be so welcome. 😟
