Default Hot provision using Lenovo Hybrid USB-C dock?

Hello,

We have alot (+200) of these Lenovo Hybrid USB-C with USB-A dockingstations, and now with the release of 9.2 we've tried storing a screen layout on the dockingstation.

The command result is successfull, but when we plugin another device which has never been plugged into the dockingstation, or we clean the reg. settings and the .txt file as described, it wont use the stored layout.

Why is that?

Hello,

Thank you for your feedback. Can you please confirm if the laptop has the latest 9.2 M0 driver Hot Desking package installed? (you can find it here).

If yes, then please follow the last link from my signature to capture Support Log Files and send them back to me for further analysis. Thank you.

Kind regards,
Aga
