Can anyone help, I've been scouring the internet for help and can't find a single solution that works yet.
I have been running very successfully two Fujitsu Displaylink Adapters s26391-F6099-L400 (I realise are old) on a company Toshiba Ultrabook running intel i5-6300 and onboard HD graphics 520. The company recently sent over an update to the OS build to 14393.1593 and since then I cannot get them to work. They show up in Device Manager under Display Adapters as a USB display adapter (Properties confirm these are the DisplayLink adapters) I also have display link in the task bar running driver version 8.3.1905.0. Yet when I try to detect my screens I get nothing. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, I've tried installing third party software such as Actual multiple Monitors and still no luck. As this is a company build I can't roll back. does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you |
