Audio cutting in and out
Hi everyone.
I love my DisplayLink and it has been very useful during the COVID-19 lockdowns (I live in Melbourne, the most locked down city on earth) In recent months, I've noticed that when I bring my laptop out of sleep mode, or after it has been on for a while, my speakers (that run through DisplayLink) cut in and out, akin to a car struggling to start. Most of the time a restart fixes this, but sometimes that's not enough. If I switch to my laptop speakers there is no problem at all. I've checked all of the connections, they're fine. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance and keep safe everyone. Edit: Whoops, some specs - Windows 10, 16gb ram, intel core i7 10th gen, Dell Inspiron 7591 2-in-1 Last edited by FeUtiLe; 10-27-2021 at 09:18 PM. |
