Exclamation Windows 8.1 Thinkpad 3.0 USB Dock: No display issues

Hi, hoping for some help!

I am running a Thinkpad X1 Carbon with a DisplayLink ThinkpPad 3.0 USB Dock (Model: DU9019D1)

Upgraded to Windows 8.1 (64 bit) - I did not realize I should have wiped the DL install first... now the dock no longer sends signal to the second monitor, whereas everything was fine before.

The second monitor is still detected when I view it through the software native to windows (screen resolution).

Running an Intel HD 4000 graphics card, which has been updated to 10.18.10.3945 driver (after latest install of DL software).

Have tried uninstalling DisplayLink software, cleaning the install with the DL Install Cleaner, and have reinstalled DL 7.7.57957.0.

DL Support tool (ver 1.0.0.21) returns PASS in all categories for system compatibility check.

DL support tool support info *.zip file is attached.
