Default VB Script Engine disabled

I am trying to install the software on my Toshiba that runs windows 7 to use an external monitor on the USB to VGA adapter (external video card). Just before installation is complete, I get an error stating VB Script Engine disabled, please enable before installing. No clue what it is talking about. Was able to install and run on my wife's Mac with no issues. Please help. PS. I gathered the data with the debugger tool, but have not yet seen how to send it to displaylink.

Default

Solution:
I downloaded the Kaperski clean up tool to fully remove old antivirus (had to be run several times). I also use the Fixit Microsoft support (microsoftfixit.device.run) and registered the VBscripting by entering in the command prompt (Start - Run - cmd - run as administrator) regsvr32 vbscrip.dll twice after few reboots I was able to install.

Good Luck
