usb to hdmi converter

Hi i'm trying to install an Esynic usb 2.0 to hdmi converter on my apple mac but am getting nowhere. I've downloaded and installed the drivers and i just can't get it to work.......any help please?!?!?

Hi mombaza,

First thing best to check if the device is available on the system. You can check on your System Profile:
Apple Menu -> About this Mac -> click System Report -> choose USB in the Hardware section -> look for the device.

If the device is there, please copy and paste its description here.
