Mutiple Monitors won't allow Vertical Stacking
Hi Everybody,
i recently switched to Mint from Win 10 1909 and since been getting problems under Linux and I'm hoping you might shed some light. I've got 2 issues under Linux Mint 19.2 Tina...... I'm running 5 x Orico DU3H-BK USB 3.0 to HDMI (DisplayLink DL3500 Chipset) thru a Orico A3H13P2 15 Port USB 3.0 Powered Hub: 1) First Issue is the 6 Monitors won't allow me to Stack 2 rows of 3 monitors, refer to Image "Display_002.jpg" 2) Second Issue is 2 out of the 6 Screens are black with no image. Attached is the Support Tool Output Files i know this is a Software/Drivers issue, cause when i dock a Windows 10 Laptop it works fine, this only happens with the Mint Laptop on the Ubuntu 5.2 Displaylink Drivers Thank you for any help you can render Last edited by jcpb72; 11-30-2019 at 12:53 PM. |

Solution - Display Layout - Issue 1
1) First Issue is the 6 Monitors won't allow me to Stack 2 rows of 3 monitors, refer to Image "Display_002.jpg"
Found the Solution to the Display Layout Here: https://support.displaylink.com/know...lays-on-ubuntu Still working on Issue 2......The Black Screen. Also noticed the HDMI Screens are coming up as DVI-I-x-x, this is a known issue |
