Display Adapter Not Supported

I am using Windows 7 on a 64 bit HP Pavilion Laptop. I have downloaded the only available drivers I could find for my Kensington Universal Notebook Docking Station, and I'm still getting the message telling me the Display Adapter is not supported. Where I can find some driver software that works with my laptop? Thank you.

Assuming you're using Windows, did you download these? http://www.displaylink.com/support/downloads.php
