Default Low Quality Resolution

Hi,

I have a 2560x1440 monitor connected through HDMI cable to my dock ((STlabs U-2470) when I run the program it will show like I picked 2560x1440 resolution however it looks terrible, It looks better when i pick 1080p but it's not 2k ):

I tried using different cables but I figured it might be that my dock isn't compatible with Apple MacBook M1. I'd love to know if anyone knows what I'm talking about and could help me before I plan to buy a new adapter/dock for 200$

Hello,

Is it that dock? http://www.sunrichtech.com.hk/products/U-2470.html
If so, it is using a DL-3900 which can go up to 2048x1152p60 on HDMI.

It would be best to confirm with the support line with the log details before spending money.
Here is how: https://support.displaylink.com/know...to-displaylink

Regards,
Alban
