Greetings,
Two people in my company have followed all the online procedures and filled the required forms to get support to contact us. As of this writing it has been nearly months and nobody from your company has contacted us. Horrible customer service ! Is there a DIRECT telephone number my company can call to talk to a live human being after waiting for three months to get help ? Thank you |

Thank you for reaching out. I see one email (for last 8 years) from your company domain on July 24, with a preliminary email reply on July 26th on our ticketing system. It looks like emails got lost somewhere.
