Help.
Seeking solutions for my macbook pro M1 Big Sur set up which consists of two 22'' monitors and laptop. I'm using 2020 Macbook pro M1 Big Sur. I've successfully downloaded Displaylink Manager app. When I go to Privacy & Settings, Displaylink manager app does not show under the 'Screen Recording' tab. Anyone else having this issue? Can you suggest possible solutions? Thank you! |

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out! The first step is to see if you see the DisplayLink device correctly under the USB bus. Please check the below article: https://support.displaylink.com/know...at-all-when-co Thank you, Katarzyna.

Hi there, I have the same problem with a DELL docking station. 'No Monitor' detected . The App is installed correctly but 'no monitor detected'. The same docking statusion works fine with office DELL Laptop. but with the MacBook Pro I get the following
1. two external monitors show the same exact image (as a second monitor). So they do act as a second monitor to my built in laptop LCD 2. the app is installed, but I get the 'No Monitor' detected. Any help would be really appreciated ! Kind regards Geert |
