Default kernel crashes in i915/evdi - session disconnection

Hi all, displaylink driver seems to cause problems even if it doesn't output video.
I have a Dell D3100 hub connected to a XPS13 9350 laptop. I use the D3100 just for the ethernet and USB port, since HDMI outputs are unusable with current driver because of the missing menu issue.
Attached is the zip produced by displaylink's log collector tool.
The last crash (logged) caused a gnome-session disconnection, with some data loss from a file I was editing.
Hope you can fix the driver soon. It's pretty annoying now...
Let me know if I can help with more information.

Fedora Workstation 23 /Xorg 1.18/ Dell XPS13 9350/ kernel 4.4.0-1.fc23.x86_64
