Dell D6000 Unknown Device After Windows After 2004 Update
Have tried cleaning, uninstalling, deleting drivers...and then new install and having Windows look for drivers in DisplayLink folder. No love.

Because this was impacting my work, I reached out to Dell Support. They ran the Dell tool that saw all drivers were current. Dell Support then installed/ran "Driver Booster" from www.iobit.com and it found 13 drivers out of date. The tool installed the drivers and the D6000 started working again.

Hello,
Thank you very much for posting the follow-up. Would you remember which drivers were updated by that tool? We could use that information with the manufacturer. Regards, Alban
