Exclamation Sloooow Ethernet Connection & failed driver update

My internet connection is significantly degraded ~600/700 Mbps when connecting through the docking station versus connecting to my laptop which yields 1.2 Gbps.

I have updated to the latest Windows driver release 10.3 M0
Accell DisplayLink USB Driver: Windows 10 v1607 Build 14393 onwards and Windows 11:
- DisplayLink Graphics Driver Version: 10.3.6400.0 (06 September 2022)

However, my USB Giga Ethernet driver version is 9.3.3309.0 (4/9/2020) DisplayLink Corp, File Version 2.34.27.0 whereas the latest release notes say it should be DisplayLink Ethernet Driver Version: 10.3.6395.0

Updating the 10.3 M0 driver release in the Control Panel and Windows Update says I have the latest version.

How do I get the Ethernet driver to update and get my speed back?
