Default M2 MBP 13 & UGreen 12-1 Docking Station

Hi Team,

I have a Macbook Pro 13" M2 on 13.4.1, a UGreen 12-1 Docking station, 2 HP M27fw FHD Monitors connected both via HDMI and running DisplayLink V 1.8.1 (Build 63.180).

Both screens and both HDMI cables have been seperately tested to ensure they work (all new purchases). No issues with the hub as well, it allowed two monitors to connect when connecting on an M1 Macbook Pro.

For unknown reasons only 1 screen is being detected in my case. Have tried all solutions I could find online but to no avail. If no compatibility issues, please advise at your earliest convenience on how to remediate.

Do you have an exact model of the UGreen dock? UGreen 12-1 Docking station is not enough to find out what dock you have and what specifications it supports.

Which HDMI port works?
It looks like HDMI1 and DP outputs are based on DisplayLink. In comparison, HDMI2 uses native Video over USB-C.
