Hello,

Having a live but blank screen is usually the sign that our drivers cannot get the pixels from the primary graphics card drivers.
You may not have voluntarily updated anything, but your computer did install Intel graphics drivers.

I would recommend doing a clean install after using the End User Cleaner as it looks like updates might have corrupted your install.

Kind regards,
Alban

Tried. It is not working, still same issue.

It looks like there is signal out put to screen. Because when i change to dual screen, screen will wake from power save mode. If i change to lapotop screen only, the external screen will go power save. However, still nothing on screen.

I also try different USB3.0 docking (HP). Still same issue.

I know it could be fixed by reinstall windows. It is pain.....

Any other idea i could try?

Appreciate....

When there is no signal, your external monitor should go to sleep.
I believe you have a blank image because we don't have access to what we need display.
Now you've done a clean install, would you please gather new log files so I can see if we meet any error?

You could also try to reinstall the graphics drivers before installing DisplayLink's. The last entries I see in your setupapi log (= Windows Installer) is Dell/Intel Graphics Drivers. You can get the latest drivers from Intel website.

I personally don't believe the issue is deeper than that.

I have tried again. Still same.

Intel latest driver cannot installed. So, installed the latest driver from Dell.

I clean again. Reinstalled Dell driver (intel's doesn't work), reinstall display link M4 driver.

I have unplug the middle screen, only leave the right screen. Sometimes, it have some bad signals, but no image. Any idea?

Are you getting the same screen corruption as your right monitor with the HP docking station?
This type of corruption tends to come from a faulty hardware, that's why I'm asking.

@Jacques, please create a new thread or support ticket so we can investigate your issue. DisplayLink didn't release anything the day after Valentine's day.
