18.04 stuck on 640x480
Hello, I have 2x 1920x1080 monitors attached to a SIIG docking station
http://www.siig.com/it-products/note...ion-usb-c.html Under 16.04, they worked great with ubuntu GNOME. I just installed Ubuntu 18.04 and the monitors are stuck in 640x480 mode. It's a System76 linux laptop (Kudu) 00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation Device 591b (rev 04) I tried these suggestions, but didn't get anywhere: https://support.displaylink.com/know...ent-x-upgrades I also tried adding the modes directly with xrandr in a .xprofile, but didn't get anywhere with that either. xrandr thought they were in 1920x1080, but the monitors still showed 640x480. Has anyone gotten this to work? Thanks! |
