Default Arkview USB 2.0 Display adapter problem

Often the color on my primary monitor is good, however the color on my secondary duplicate monitor the color is way off and green in color. Sometimes unplugging it and plugging it back in will get the color on the second monitor correct, but most of the time it does not. It's very annoying to have such a color difference in monitors. I've updated the software, but that hasn't helped. Is this a common problem? Is there a setting I can change? Is there a solution? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

This is probably not a software issue, but could be a hardware issue with the cable not quite connected correctly so all the RGB signals are not making it to the monitor.

I'd check the monitor cables are securely connected and are not faulty.
