USB Graphics adapter problem

Hello!

Computers: Wind Top AP1920
System : Windows 7 Starter 32bit

I've got some problem with a USB Graphics adapter.

I'm working with 2 monitor and i can make both of the following settings:
I'm working as a Administrator.

1) I got screen on the primary monitor
2) I got screen on the secondary monitor

I would like to do a 3rd thing which is:

I would like to get both of the monitor to make 1 screen at the same time.
It would be something like copy the screen.

When I settings it correctly and accept it then the Windows got some problem: "The screen settings cannot be saved."

How can I solve this?
Any idea would be nice.
