Default Windows 10 wireless HDMI problem

Hello,

I bought an Diamond Vstream and I have trouble with it on Windows 10. I installed it first time and it worked but at some point windows said that he prevents the app to work because it's not compatible. I tried to uninstall it and install again but now what it does is that when I plug the USB dongle in, windows says usb device on then usb device off and does that repeatedly. Does anyone knows how to solve this problem?

Thank you!

Hello,

This is a wireless driver issue. Please contact Diamond Multimedia for support as they did not use DisplayLink technology for the wireless part and it is not part of our drivers.

Kind regards,
Alban
