Unhappy macOS Ventura black screen issues

Hey,

Running on MacBook Pro M1 (2020) and ever since I upgraded to macOS Ventura I have encountered a slightly annoying issue where I have to unplug the cable (coming from the HP dockingstation) from my computer and plug it back in for the screen to show. I have a HP USB-C/A Universal Dock G2. It looks like it's on and that it has some contact but the screen is black. I had no issues with macOS Monterey.

Running DisplayLink Manager 1.8.1 (Build 63.180).'

Any ideas?
