Windows 10 and Targus Docking Station Issue
Mines always been somewhat ok, until I started running Windows 10. If I take my laptop away from the office and come back and plug into the Targus it takes 3-4 power cycles of the dock before everything starts to act normal again. I don't often have to reboot the laptop to get it to work, but the dock needs to be powered down and turned back on a few times.
When I know it isn't going to work the monitors power up and show my back ground....for 10-15 seconds and then one monitor will just show green and the other pink....literally the whole screen. |

Similar to what I have been reporting as well. If I leave the office and unplug my doc....then return it takes 4-5 tries to get the external monitors to stay working. This usually involves power cycling the doc multiple times, unplugging the USB from the laptop....crossing fingers.

Hi,
I've moved your posts out of other threads so I can focus on it separately. Can you attach the output of this tool? http://support.displaylink.com/knowl...to-displaylink Also could you advise what the model and item number is of your dock? It should be on a label on the bottom of the dock. Thanks, James |
