Default Screens Glitch Out

Setup:
M1 MBP
Ventura 13.1
DisplayLink Manager: 1.8.0
Factory Cable
Dock: WAVLINK USB C Dual 4K Laptop Docking Station with 65W Power Delivery: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/...e?ie=UTF8&th=1

Issue: Ever since I updated to Ventura, my previously reliable monitors will "glitch out" a few times each day. What I mean is that both monitors hooked up will go black, all windows will rearrange back to the laptop monitor. Then, in 2-5 seconds, the monitors come back with some windows back in their place. All dock functions go out, including audio and cameras connected via USB.

What I've tried:
Reboot (Duh)
Move from Ventura 13 to 13.1
Replace USB-C Cable (Tried 3)
Replace Dock (Had same issue with previous Kensington Dock).

I'm at my wits end. I can't stand being on a video call and losing the whole conversation multiple times per day. Any suggestions? The only commonalities are:

-DisplayLink Software
-Laptop Hardware (didn;t happen before Ventura)
