Lightbulb DisplayLink Monitor Not Working after 15/01/2014 Windows Updates

Hi All,

As per subject - just wanted to make a thread just incase anyone else had this issue.

Booted my laptop up today to be greeted with a blank screen - I realised the only difference being that updates were installed the night before.

I've now got it to work by doing the following:
  • Install Most up to date DisplayLink drivers
  • Install most up to date USB3.0 controller drivers (if required)
  • Completely unplug all devices and power from docking station and reset

I hope this helps someone
