10.9.3 update and 2.2 Beta not working

10.9.3 update and 2.2 Beta not working of me.

I was hopefully that today's Mac update to 10.9.3 would have resolved some of the issues we have been experiencing, but that is not case with my configuration.

My current setup is a 2011 17" Macbook pro 2.2 GHZ i7, 8GB Ram, 128 GB SSD , 750 GB HDD in the opti-bay, with usb3 via expresscard slot.

One 27" monitor via thunderbolt to HDMI
Two 22" monitors via displaylink - Plugable UD-3900

The issue I'm having is that only one of my displaylink monitors will work at a time, and when my mac wakes from sleep the screen arrangement always default to mirror.

I'm hoping that the Displaylink engineers can come up a solution quickly.
