Default Odd behavior under Venture 13.0 - arrangement of extended displays wrong

Ever since my recent upgrade to Ventura (Mac OS 13.0), when my Mac "wakes" up after being asleep (or what Ventura calls "turn display off on power adapter when inactive"), Display Link will forget the arrangements of the external monitors.

Typically, I have the mac on the far left, and then the two ASUS displays side by side. They are setup as an extended display.

After upgrading to Ventura, when the Mac wakes everything back up, the arrangements of the two external monitors are switched. Taking my mouse from left to right (laptop to right screen), the far right screen is now logically the middle screen, and the physical middle screen is now logically the far right).

I can quit Display Manager, relaunch the app and everything is back to normal.

This is random - it does not happen every time. But so far, I cannot see a pattern.

I never saw this UNTIL I upgraded to Ventura.

Has anyone else seen this problem?

Tech Specs
Mac OS 13.0 (Ventura)
DisplayLink Manager 1.8.0
Mac Pro M1
Kensington SD4750P USB-C Docking Station
Dockworks 1.2.11
two external ASUSVG248 dislays
