Macbook air M2 2023 3 Monitor problem

I'm using 3 monitors (ViewSonic) with a dock TOBEONE.Please see pictures.
the Problem i'm having after a couple minutes the screen black out. all 3 monitors are connected via HDMI.
I have replaced all HDMI cables . no help.
I have replaced the dock twice already and still no help. I don't think it the dock itself.
I have removed and reinstalled new version of displaylink aslo no help.

Need help would be appreciated .
