Default 2560 not appearing

Set up DisplayLink on my 2022 M2 Macbook Pro, running MacOs 14.4 (holding back on 15. 0.1 until there's better Displaylink support).

Using a Belkin DisplayLink USB-C Dock, with the latest Displaylink Manager 1.11.0 (build 28)

Both monitors are AOC Q3279WG5B, but are appearing as 1920x1080, even though they are 1440P monitors.

I have enabled Experimental mode, but they're not registering correctly.

Any things I can try?

Thanks

Please provide the specific model number of (or a direct web link to) the Belkin docking station you are using.

This is the specific dock in question:
https://www.belkin.com/p/universal-u...NC002ttBK.html

I've also made sure that the displays function with the same cables, if I direct connect.

According to the information provided by the manufacturer, the dock you are using supports up to a maximum of two 1920x1080 displays (aka 1080P).

The dock does NOT support 1440P monitors.

OMG you're right.

Gonna send it straight back to the vendor.
It was definitely listed on their sales page, as dual 4K 60hz capable.

Thanks a lot
