Default Where's the USB Graphic Software?

Hi Group: I bought HDE Multi Display Graphics Adapter - 1080p UGA USB 2.0 to DVI HDMI VGA Converter Card Splitter from Amazon and looking thru the user manual (Pg. 24) there appears to be some software that may assist in picture quality manipulation. I don't know where this software is, maybe it was on the CD I threw away because I thought it contained only drivers which were out dated. I installed the drivers found on this website and the 3-monitor TV configuration works. But I am not happy w/ the quality of the new 3rd TV, it may just be the cheap TV itself (Sanyo, $115, 21in (maybe)). I'm running the adapter thru a USB hub which may be degrading the image a bit and attempted adjusting the Window's display settings but this did not help. Anyway, anyone know where this software is, or have any helpful hints to increase picture quality. I know there are some simple tests I can do to compare quality, but I'd like to find the software 1st.

Thanks
