Hello!
1. Have you tried in a USB port from the opposite side (left or right) of the laptop?
Yes. Ive tried the oposit USB.
After disconnecting from the left USB Im using the second one? then the second one disconnects too.

2. Have you tried with another cable?
Yes, tried three cables.
3. How many docks do you have?
Ive tried two docks alternately. The same result.
4. Do you also have the issue with USB2?
How can i put USB3.0 to USB2.0? USB Selective Suspend is disabled.

Thank you for the replies to the questions.
For switching to USB2, you can use a USB2 cable instead of USB3.
If you don't have any, there is a trick which can work: slowly push the plug in the slot. It will first make contact with the USB2 pins. When contact is done keep it this way. When your screens are up, you can push it all the way in: USB allows downgrading the link, not upgrading it so if it's established in USB2, it will not go to USB3.

Are all your machines having issues Intel Skylakes?
